    HGTR-KTP

    The KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystal grown by hydrothermal method is a kind of nonlinear optical crystal with very good performance. It has a large non-linear coefficient, allows a wide range of temperature matching and allowable angle matching, anti-greige resistance It is widely used in military scientific research, medical treatment, marine optics, laser weapons, etc. It can be used in laser frequency doubler, frequency difference, difference frequency, parametric oscillation and optical waveguide devices, electro-optic modulators and so on. And environmental remote sensing monitoring and other fields. It has the following features:

      ① high resistance to laser damage, high resistance to gray-scale performance, high optical quality

      ② SHG phase matching angle (1064-532nm): 23.4°at 25 ℃

      ③ Conductivity: 10-10 /Ω·cm magnitude;

      ④ domain structure: single domain
