CTH:YAG is a high efficiency laser material at the wavelength of 2.1μm. It is widely used in medical, military and meteorology fields.It is suitable for light pump and laser diode pumped. It has high slope efficiency, operation in room temperature, and laser working wavelength is relatively safe to human eyes.
